Homer’s real estate development career spans more than 40 years. He foresaw the change in urban demographics as a result of aging baby-boomers, and helped pioneer the live/work play concept to address these emerging trends. His vision and entrepreneurial spirit have been the driving force behind forward thinking developments in downtown Los Angeles, CA, and in the Pearl District and South Waterfront in Portland, OR. Homer has been at the vanguard of forging public/private partnerships, one of which led to the largest urban development in Oregon’s history.
Over the last 15 years Devin has developed corporate strategies, created early-stage businesses and sourced equity capital. She began as an investment banker in corporate finance working on IPOs, M & A and high-yield debt. After banking, Devin co-founded a software company funded by a US Government Grant from the National Institute of Standards and Technology to develop cognitive monitoring software for early detection and prevention of Alzheimer’s disease. She is a graduate of the Harvard Business School.
Matthew Brown is a development consultant, project manager, and real estate developer based in Portland Oregon. Matt specializes in the planning and delivery of mixed-use urban neighborhoods and infrastructure, emphasizing placemaking and sustainability. His professional experience as a project manager encompasses both public and private sectors and a wide range of projects, including private real estate development and financing, public infrastructure (streets, streetscape, and utility improvements), planning (master planning, transportation and infrastructure plans, and land use actions), public outreach, and public/private partnerships.
Jason brings over a decade of experience delivering successful projects in growth markets across North America. He began his career in architecture and real estate development, most recently developing projects and finance structures for a US Fortune 100 corporation. Jason holds an RRP designation from the American Resort Development Association and has served on boards and committees for the American Institute of Architects, Urban Land Institute and American Hotel & Lodging Association.
Jennifer oversees the day-to-day investor management process and provides support to migration agents and immigration attorneys. She possesses extensive experience in real estate transactions in connection with residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects throughout Oregon and in Portland's highly acclaimed Pearl District. She is also knowledgeable in business and corporate law governance. She received her law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School.
