Devin Williams
Devin is the President and co-founder of EB5 Global. Under her watch, EB5 Global has delivered over 1,500 Green Cards to investors and their families, with a 100% USCIS approval track record for every I-526, I-829, and I-924 petition. Devin is responsible for expanding EB5 Global’s foreign financing networks and overseeing the capital raise on each new project. She began her career as an investment banker in corporate finance. After banking, Devin co-founded a software company funded by the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s Advanced Technology Program. Devin returned to finance in 2011 founding EB5 Global. She graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in finance and received her MBA from Harvard Business School.
MATTHEW BROWN
As a Partner at EB5 Global, Matt is responsible for day-to-day management of EB5 Global activities, including project feasibility analysis, development team coordination, investor relations, marketing, and development oversight. Matt’s connections with local government officials and ability to work effectively with both public and private partners are strengths that add to EB5 Global’s perfect track record of delivery for over 600 investors.
